Job Title: Metal Welder

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Metal Welder to join our team. The Metal Welder will be responsible for welding metal components and structures according to specified procedures, blueprints, and technical drawings. The ideal candidate should have experience in various welding techniques, be proficient with welding equipment, and ensure work meets industry standards for safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precision welding of metal components for interior construction projects.
• Fabricate and weld components such as metal frames, brackets, staircases, and decorative elements.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to achieve project goals.
• Conduct on-site installations and welding adjustments as needed
• Perform welding duties using various welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC).
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect and ensure welded joints meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct repairs and modifications to welded structures as needed.
• Monitor welding work to minimize scrap and rework.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Metal Welder in the interior construction or fit-out industry.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with welding tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.

Educational Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field is an advantage
