Job Description

: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabrication Foreman to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The Metal Fabrication Foreman will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the metal fabrication department within our factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalworking, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of metal fabricators to ensure the timely completion of production targets.
• Plan and prioritize work orders to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Train new employees on metal fabrication techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed to resolve production problems.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for metal fabrication operations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in metal fabrication is preferred.
• Proven experience in metal fabrication, with at least [X] years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques, including cutting, welding, bending, and forming.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
