Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Meta Advertisement Specialist to join our team. As a Meta Advertisement Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network. Your focus will be on driving customer engagement, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns based on business goals, target audience, and KPIs. Ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives, audience targeting, and budget constraints.

Campaign Management:

Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including creating audiences, selecting ad placements, and optimizing for maximum performance. Monitor ad performance regularly, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to meet goals. Conduct A/B testing to determine the best performing creatives, formats, and audience segments.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all Meta platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven results to improve future campaigns.

Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences. Ensure that ad creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.

Budget Management:

Monitor ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes. Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, adjusting spend based on performance.

Market Research & Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and updates on Meta advertising platforms and tools. Leverage insights to enhance campaign strategies and drive better results.

Collaboration & Communication:

Coordinate with other marketing teams (e.g., SEO, content, and email marketing) to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing efforts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign progress and performance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and achieving strong ROI.

Skills:

Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns. Strong understanding of Meta platform features, ad formats, and targeting options. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.). Ability to work with creative teams to develop compelling ad content. Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications:

Meta Blueprint certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
