Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Expert to join our team and drive successful ad campaigns across Meta's platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This role requires a deep understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maximizing ROAS, increasing conversion rates, and developing strategies tailored to our brand's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative strategy, and A/B testing.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize ad performance, focusing on achieving KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of ad creatives, copy, and targeting to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Use Meta Ads Manager and related analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling visuals, video assets, and ad copy that align with brand goals.
• Stay updated with Meta's latest advertising tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency while maximizing ad reach and engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform ad strategy and discover new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics in digital advertising.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and conversion rates.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of additional digital advertising channels is a plus.
Skills:
• Expertise in ad targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with lead generation and eCommerce ad campaigns.
• Meta Blueprint Certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
