Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Bike Messenger to handle document delivery and collection, visit government offices and consulates, manage payments, and ensure smooth communication with customers. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and have good customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Delivery & Collection:
Pick up and deliver legal documents, invoices, and customer orders efficiently.
Ensure timely submission of documents at embassies, consulates, government offices, and clients.
Prioritize urgent deliveries and manage time effectively.
2. Payment Collection & CRM Management:
Collect payments from customers and issue payment receipts promptly.
Update the CRM system with collection details and notify the accounts team.
Ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction records.
3. Customer Service & Coordination:
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers during pickups and deliveries.
Address any delivery-related concerns and report issues to the management.
Work closely with the Delivery Coordination Team to schedule deliveries efficiently.
4. Bike Maintenance & Safety:
Ensure proper care and maintenance of the company's bike.
Follow traffic and road safety rules at all times.
Report any bike-related issues for timely servicing and repairs.
Requirements:
? Valid UAE motorcycle license (Mandatory).
? Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Document delivery, PRO services, or courier).
? Familiarity with UAE roads, government offices, and consulates.
? Ability to use CRM software for updates and reporting (Training will be provided).
? Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
? Well-organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple deliveries daily.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
