Adhering to a shop visit plan on a daily basis to ensure consistent presence and coverage.
Merchandising products according to specific requirements, ensuring optimal presentation and organization.
Following the planogram for fresh and food products to maintain visual consistency and enhance customer experience.
Maintaining shelf stock levels by monitoring inventory and restocking as needed to avoid stockouts.
Adhering to DCP and FIFO principles to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
Taking orders from clients and collecting LPOs accurately and efficiently.
Arranging promotion programs to increase product visibility and sales, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
Placing POS materials strategically to attract customer attention and drive sales.
Keeping a close eye on market competitors, monitoring their activities and strategies to inform decision-making.
Providing timely feedback to management regarding competitor activities and market trends to support strategic planning.
Attending weekly or monthly meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and align on objectives with the team and management.
