Job Description
A MERCHANDISER SUPERVISOR is urgently needed.
• Having 4-5 years UAE experience as FMCG Merchandising Supervisor.
• The Merchandising Supervisor contributes to the store's overall success by enhancing product visibility and availability.
• To Increased sales revenue by mapping Merchandiser's Journey Plan and Monitoring Journey Plan adherence.
• To maintain regular visits and monitor Merchandiser team performance, providing constructive feedback to all members to improve productivity and ensure delivery of business objectives.
• To oversee a team of merchandisers, to ensure that merchandise displays are aligned with the store's marketing strategies and up to organization standards.
• Driving License & Own Car is a must.
