Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Display Management:

Arranging products on shelves in an attractive and organized manner. Ensuring products are continuously available on shelves. Monitoring store display and promotion plans. Implementing brand guidelines to ensure consistent and appealing presentation.

2. Inventory Monitoring:

Tracking stock levels and reordering products as needed. Preventing product expiration, particularly for perishable items. Collaborating with sales teams to maintain adequate stock availability.

3. Execution of Promotional Campaigns:

Organizing seasonal or temporary promotions and discounts. Setting up promotional signage and advertisements in prominent locations. Monitoring the success of promotional campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis:

Monitoring competitor prices and promotions. Collecting customer feedback on products. Preparing regular reports for management to improve overall performance.

5. Customer Relations and Brand Management:

Directly interacting with store management to coordinate promotions and displays. Ensuring the brand is consistently presented in a positive and appealing way.

6. Reporting:

Preparing periodic reports on sales and performance metrics. Recommending strategies to enhance sales or improve product displays based on analyzed data.

Required Skills:

Strong organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Effective communication and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior. Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments

Work Experience:

Previous Experience:

1-3 years of experience in areas such as: In-store coordination. Sales. Retail management.

Driver's License:

Holds a valid UAE driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Merchandiser: 2 years (Preferred)
