Responsibilities: Visual Merchandising: Design and implement visually compelling in-store displays that reflect the brands luxury image and enhance the customer shopping experience.Ensure all merchandise is presented in a manner that maximizes sales and highlights the features and benefits of each product.Regularly update and refresh displays to keep the showroom looking current and appealing.Strategic Merchandising: Analyze sales data and market trends to determine the best product placement and merchandising strategies.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional displays and seasonal themes.Monitor and adjust merchandising plans based on product performance and inventory levels.Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product lines, including new arrivals and bestsellers.Provide training to the sales team on product features, benefits, and effective merchandising techniques.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our displays remain competitive.Store Operations: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a luxurious shopping environment.Support the implementation of health and safety standards within the merchandising area.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to provide product information and assist in creating personalized design solutions.Gather customer feedback on product presentation and store layout to inform future merchandising strategies.Enhance the customer journey through thoughtful and innovative merchandising that aligns with their preferences and expectations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector.Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles.Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
