We are seeking a creative and energetic

Merchandiser

to manage product displays and ensure merchandise is presented according to company standards. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a visually engaging environment, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that products are easily accessible for customers.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and display merchandise in a visually appealing manner, following company guidelines. Monitor stock levels and work with the inventory team to replenish products as needed. Ensure all products are tagged with the correct pricing and signage. Conduct regular audits to ensure products are in good condition and appropriately displayed. Assist with the setup of seasonal or promotional displays. Collaborate with store management to identify best-selling products and areas for improvement. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or related roles is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
