Experience Required: 7+ years in apparel merchandising, preferably on the vendor side.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate directly with customers in the US/Europe or through buying agencies across the globe to ensure smooth order execution. Oversee/Manage all merchandising activities, from costing to final execution, including material sourcing. Manage internal documentation processes, maintain accurate records, and handle order reconciliation. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Candidate Expectations: Strong background in apparel merchandising with hands-on experience in the vendor-side workflow. Proficiency in coordinating with international stakeholders and managing complex order processes. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail. A team player with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment. Good in English communication. Bachelor's degree.
