We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing product visibility, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective merchandising strategies.Responsibilities:Execute merchandising plans and guidelines to optimize product placement and presentation in retail stores.Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and address any issues or opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate effective merchandising execution.Monitor product performance and sales trends, and make recommendations for adjustments to optimize sales and inventory levels.Coordinate with the sales team to implement promotional activities and initiatives.Ensure accurate and timely implementation of product launches, promotions, and seasonal displays.Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.Provide feedback and insights to internal teams on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.Flexibility to travel as required.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonusOpportunities for career growth and development.Positive and collaborative work environment.
