Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team at IIQAF. The Merchandiser will be responsible for calculating pricing, ordering stock, developing displays, and ensuring product rotation through the store. Additionally, the Merchandiser will be responsible for analyzing product sales and inventories.

- Analyze product data with forecasts and reports to determine whether to buy or discontinue an item
- Price merchandise according to requirements and negotiate competitive rates with wholesale vendors
- Compile and verify stock lists and evaluate product performance and turnover
- Receive and unpack shipments, identify and restock damaged items and update inventory levels
- Maintain product presentation in line with merchandising guidelines; ensure displays are attractive and engaging
- Monitor customer needs and feedback in order to determine the best product mix and assortment
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all promotional material and displays are accurate
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and coded
- Significant experience in a similar role is preferred
- Understanding of the principles of merchandising; experience operating a point of sale system
- Knowledge of client specifications and inventory management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
