We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced environment of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) retail, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product presentation and optimizing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising plans that align with overall business objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective product launches and promotions.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust merchandising strategies as needed.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize overstock situations.
• Train and develop merchandising team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures related to product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors' merchandising strategies and recommend adjustments to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Merchandising Manager or similar role in the FMCG retail sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of merchandising software is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
