Job Description
Multi Skilled Talented Electrician TechnicianSupervisor
Visa & Accommodation will be provided by the company. Only immediate joiners cancelled/visit visa holders.
Responsibilities
• Perform assigned daily maintenance jobs in MEP (plumbing, electrical mechanical)
• Maintain all electrical, heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
• Ensure job is completed on time, customers are properly informed of the job details
• Report to supervisor all issues, complaints, job status in a clear manner
Skills
• Proven experience as maintenance multi-technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, MEP, and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
Education:
• Diploma (Required)
Experience:
• Facility Management/Construction: 1 year (Required)
