We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tasks related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. The MEP Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP systems are functioning properly and that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems employee should be well-versed in HVAC (FAHU, AHU, FCU, Ductable split, package units), Electrical (LV systems, troubleshooting of power failures, installation of new power sources, DB and related power sources), Plumping (PPR piping\xe2\x80\x99s, water heaters, pumps, pumping fittings/equipment\'s installation).
Knowledge in Masonry is an add on advantage
Conduct preventive maintenance on MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose MEP malfunctions and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all MEP systems are integrated properly with other systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all regulations and protocols.
Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as necessary.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, materials, and equipment and make recommendations for purchasing as needed.
Qualifications:
ITI or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP installation, maintenance, and repair
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
