MEP Technician

to join our team and contribute to our high-quality projects.

Walk- In interviews available every Monday and Tuesday between 10:30am and 1:30pm

Responsibilities:

Electrical Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and wiring. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, circuit breakers, and switchboards. Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical panels, distribution boards, and emergency power systems. Repair or replace defective electrical components such as transformers, fuses, and relays. Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and standards.

Mechanical Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handling units, and exhaust systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. New AC installation specifically AC splitting. AC Maintenence Duct Production Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to enhance efficiency and longevity. Align and calibrate motors, pumps, and fans to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and tear in mechanical systems.

Plumbing Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures. Identify and repair leaks, clogged drains, and faulty plumbing connections. Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and welding for plumbing installations and repairs. Experience in Sanitary Installation Inspect and maintain water pumps, valves, and pressure regulators. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

General Responsibilities:

Read and interpret MEP drawings and blueprints to execute work accurately. Provide recommendations during inspections for system improvements and energy efficiency. Estimate material requirements and prepare maintenance reports. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards. Guide and support junior technicians or maintenance staff.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as an MEP Technician in the UAE. Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field. Valid UAE driving license. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency in handling tools and equipment related to MEP works. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
