Job Description

Mechanical:

Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems

Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping systems

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, replacing belts, and checking fluid levels

Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fittings

Install new mechanical equipment such as air handlers, chillers, and boilers

Test and balance HVAC systems to ensure proper airflow and pressure

Electrical:

install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including electrical panels, circuits, and wiring

Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical equipment such as motors, generators, and lighting systems

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fuses, circuit breakers, and electrical connections

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as faulty wiring or overloaded circuits

Install new electrical equipment such as lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches

Test electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards

Plumbing:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances

Inspect and diagnose issues with water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipment

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water pressure, inspecting for leaks, and cleaning drains

Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fixtures

Install new plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and faucets

Test plumbing systems to ensure they meet safety standards

Note: Driving License is a Must.
