- Oversee the operation and maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within the facility.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP systems to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on the status of MEP systems and maintenance activities.
- Manage energy usage and recommend initiatives for energy conservation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Electrical/HVAC Control Systems Installation & Troubleshooting.
- Day to Day PPM / Reactive Maintenance Call Outs.
- AMC Contracts Awarding / Tendering / Documentations.
- Snag Listing / Property Hand Over / Take Over Protocols.
- Renovation Works / Quotation Works / Monthly Reports / KPI
- ELV Systems Installation & Maintenance.
- Customers / Client Satisfaction Strategies Management.
- Staff Talent Acquisition / Evaluation / Grooming / Tool Box Talks / Technical Training / Risk Assessments & HSE Procedures.
- Material Inventory / Stock Maintaining / Market Purchase / Cost Control.
- Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting / BMS Systems Installation & Troubleshooting.
- Supervision Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical works
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of [Specify Years] years of experience in MEP facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
