Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently to support our facility's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with HVAC, electrical circuits, plumbing fixtures, and other building systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and service logs.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Support other maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Some hands-on experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
