OMNIYAT GROUP Facilities Management is looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team Skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for MEP maintenance in residential properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

MEP Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Handle PPM System for installation, maintenance of MEP Systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning of MEP equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Installation & maintenance of AC, HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing System and their components.
• Installation & maintenance of Solar and Electrical Water Heaters.
• Installation & maintenance of Water Pumps and their components.
• Installation & maintenance of FCU, DX Units and Split AC, Compressors, Motors etc.
• Electrical Installation & Maintenance (Cabling, DB, Switch gear Panels etc.)
• Evaluate and estimate for the new installation and replacement for all types of MEP works.
• Troubleshoot and repair MEP systems, including fixtures, outlets, switches, and pipes.
• AC and HVAC Work, Package AC, VRF, FCU, AHU, Split etc..
• Plumbing work and Electrical work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter and MEP Technician in residential settings.
• Proficiency in painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to diagnose and repair MEP issues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification in painting or MEP is a plus.
