: - preferably can join immediately - must have UAE Experience minimum 2 to 3 years - must have work experience in High rise building (Minimum 8 Floors) - MEP (Preferable) or HVAC Position: MEP Technician The multi skilled technician will be assigned to incorporate skills and duties, with special training for MEP emergencies and general portage and other duties. They will perform all semi-skilled job functions and technical jobs required by him. He will be in charge of ensuring the proper maintenance of the additional facilities provided by the client, a list of which he will be accountable for maintaining as well in case of replacement of repairs. His tasks will include: as A/C Technician: \xc2\xb7 Maintain all refrigeration, air conditioning equipment and chillers. \xc2\xb7 Carry out work orders and other assignments given by the Operations Manager/Asst. Operations Manager/ Asst. Technical Manager and Supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Attend to guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments. \xc2\xb7 To carry out preventative maintenance program and to work very closely with senior a/c and refrigerator technician and other engineering staff. \xc2\xb7 Carry out reactive maintenance whenever required as instructed by Supervisor/engineer/Manager. \xc2\xb7 Keep a close track of the performance of all refrigeration and a/c equipment. \xc2\xb7 Maintain logged records of all of the a/c and refrigeration machinery. \xc2\xb7 Do a daily walk around the a/c machinery to ensure good working condition and prevent losses. \xc2\xb7 Make sure that all materials needed to perform the jobs are available prior to work commencing. \xc2\xb7 Maintain Engineering spare in a safe, clean and orderly manner. \xc2\xb7 Assist in energy conservation programme. \xc2\xb7 Comply with sites and RTMs S.O.P.s. \xc2\xb7 Take equipment readings as per your working schedule. \xc2\xb7 Document all work performed and any spare parts used. \xc2\xb7 Serve as a member of the sites emergency rescue team. \xc2\xb7 Carry out any requests asked of you by your immediate supervisor. as Electrician: \xc2\xb7 Maintaining logbook for all electrical equipment/systems \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper operation of all electrical systems as per the standard procedures are carried out \xc2\xb7 Check electrical terminals termination \xc2\xb7 To report to the Facility Supervisor and Management Team in case of any abnormalities in the system and take corrective action \xc2\xb7 To take action in case of emergencies for immediate troubleshooting to contain damage Qualification: Two years Diploma or ITI. Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing maintenance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,900.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Education:
