Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Lead and manage the MEP team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical leadership in the design and engineering of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
• Review and approve design documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy, functionality, and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in MEP engineering, incorporating innovative solutions into project designs.
• Quality Assurance:
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in MEP systems.
• Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Client Relations:
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized MEP solutions that meet their specific requirements and objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong technical expertise in MEP systems design and engineering, with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in MEP engineering practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
