We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Team Leader to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing MEP operations in large shopping malls, leading a team of 10-15 technicians, and ensuring the effective execution of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of 10-15 technicians in executing daily MEP operations within a shopping mall environment.
• Plan, organize, and ensure the timely completion of Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) schedules.
• Oversee the performance and productivity of the team while maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve MEP-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a Facilities Management company, with at least 3 years as a Team Leader or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing MEP operations in large shopping malls.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
