Key Responsibilities:

Design Coordination

: Collaborate with design teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall design.

Installation Supervision

: Oversee MEP installations, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

Scheduling and Coordination

: Develop MEP schedules and coordinate with other project teams for seamless execution.

Site Monitoring

: Conduct regular inspections and provide progress reports to management.

Problem Solving

: Identify and resolve issues during installation.

Cost Management

: Track expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.

Safety Compliance

: Enforce health and safety standards on-site.

Commissioning and Handover

: Ensure MEP systems are tested, fully functional, and handed over to the client.
Skills Required:

Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Project management and leadership. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:

Experience in MEP supervision for interior design projects. Relevant certifications are a plus.
