We are seeking a skilled

MEP Supervisor

to oversee the maintenance of building systems, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time role located in

Sharjah

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP maintenance and repair activities in commercial/residential buildings Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter. Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and performance assessments of MEP systems and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Lead and guide technical teams to efficiently handle preventive and corrective maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance issues 24/7 and implement quick, effective solutions. Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, building maintenance, or facility management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics (preferred). Valid UAE Driving License (Required). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to efficiently manage time and people, and prioritize tasks given to the team Understanding of safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all the employees and the ability to identify and manage any safety risks and incidents.

Salary & Benefits

: AED 4000/-to AED 5000/- per month, annual air ticket, leave salary, medical insurance and life insurance.
