:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an experienced MEP Supervisor for a leading landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in overseeing MEP installations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.- Supervise and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within landscaping projects.- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP works are integrated seamlessly with other project components.- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all MEP installations and systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP systems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that MEP works are completed on schedule and within allocated resources.- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to MEP activities, including progress reports, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.- Ensure that all MEP work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.- Provide training and guidance to MEP technicians and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Collaborate with procurement teams to source and select appropriate materials and equipment for MEP installations.Requirements- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.- Immediately available candidates will be given preferenceBenefits- Attractive salary + Benefits
