MEP SUPERVISOR plus ADMIN

To execute all MEP work on sites as per directives of the Facilities Engineer in accordance with the stipulated safety standards and quality requirements.

Be thoroughly conversant with the layout of the sites entrusted to your care Supervision of all MEP staff to maintain the standards required by the client and

Maintain a good client / Company relationship Observe all Company safety and quality standards Liaise with client's in all MEP related matters Should be conversant with all material, tools & equipment associated with MEP works Proper deployment of MEP staff as per job requirement Update the Facilities Engineer on all matters on a daily basis Attend to client complaints immediately Overall responsible for implementing the QHSE plan Responsible for implementing the Risk Assessment control measures Responsible for identifying the hazards from the work place Responsible for the time management and achieving the SLA Obtained all necessary permit work if its required Provide adequate PPE for work force and make sure that they are using Governing the legal and other requirements Train all MEP staff in the proper use of material, machinery, equipment etc. Attend to the welfare needs of the staff under your supervision Maintain a cost effective service

Knowledge and Skills

Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience as MEP supervision. Very good spoken and written English Testing and Commissioning works of MEP System and Equipments Ability to assess, cost related works, analyzes and prepares quotations. Computer literate. Supervise all corrective and preventive maintenance works. Ability to maintain related documentation and records Team leadership, strong supervision skills.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
