About Us: Facilico FM, established in 2012, is a facilities management company based in Dubai. Our services include Hard services- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Services and Soft services- Cleaning and Janitorial, Landscaping and Ground maintenance, security services, pest control, facade cleaning.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems and minor civil works within our commercial, residential, and retail properties in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, Degree or diploma in Mech /electrical engineering and having a valid UAE driving license

Key Responsibilities:

MEP Maintenance:

Supervise, plan, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with UAE standards.

Civil Works:

Oversee minor civil repair and maintenance works related to facilities management, including painting, carpentry, and masonry tasks.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation, performance monitoring, and skill development.

Site Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of commercial, residential, and retail units to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

Compliance:

Ensure all works adhere to health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, prepare reports, and update asset registers as required.

Client Interaction:

Coordinate with clients and tenants to address complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with third-party vendors for specialized repairs or replacements, ensuring quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in MEP maintenance and minor civil works within commercial, residential, and retail sectors in the UAE.

Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.

Civil Knowledge: Basic understanding of civil repair works.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Availability: Must be immediately available to join.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
