An MEP Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in construction or operational facilities. Their role ensures that projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards while staying on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Supervision:
• Manage MEP installations during construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure system compatibility.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and milestones.
• Quality Assurance:
• Inspect MEP systems to ensure adherence to specifications and codes.
• Conduct site audits and quality checks on installations and maintenance activities.
• Team Management:
• Lead and supervise MEP technicians, subcontractors, and workers.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Problem-Solving:
• Troubleshoot MEP issues and implement effective solutions.
• Address unexpected challenges during installation or repair.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Ensure resource allocation is efficient and cost-effective.
• Monitor and control expenses to keep within project budgets.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure MEP works comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Enforce site safety practices and conduct risk assessments.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of system specifications, inspections, and maintenance schedules.

Skills Required:

Education & Experience:
