Job Summary

As an MEP Manager, you will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of construction projects to ensure efficient operations and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components
• Review construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any MEP-related issues
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Monitor project budgets and assist in MEP-related cost estimation
• Utilize software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project management and budgeting purposes
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical drawings related to MEP systems
• Oversee MEP installations on construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications

Qualifications & Requirments

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in MEP management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality control, and budgeting
• Familiarity with pipeline projects and construction site operations
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Valid UAE Driving Licence
• 4-5 Years experinece in UAE
