We are seeking applications for a MEP Supervisor.

UAE driving license IS A MUST .

summary:

To supervise the Maintenance team on the daily operation.

Monitor the day-to-day operational issues.

Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment required to execute the maintenance work.

Ensure the tasks are completed within the response time based on priorities and carried out following the safety regulations and requirements at all times.

Attending all the repeating complaints & reporting.

Randomly check the MEP systems after the service and ensure the quality of services are delivered.

Attending the customer & technicians calls and support them.

Arranging the materials one day before as per the site requirements.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing maintenance

Three years Diploma in mechanical or HVAC

Should have a sound knowledge of pipefitting, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis and brazing techniques as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry.

Good understanding of A/C systems and controls.

Experience in safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.

Knowledge of HSE practices and policies.

Should be able to communicate in English and Hindi

Minimum 6 years' experience preferably in GCC.
