Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) within the UAE, a valid UAE driving license, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems.

- Conduct site visits for MEP and other services, including Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) related services.

- Coordinate with third parties for site visits and execution.

- Schedule Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure completion as per the schedule.

- Ensure all MEP work complies with local regulations and company standards.

- Manage a team of technicians and provide training as needed.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems.

- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of all MEP activities.

•Requirements:•

- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor in the UAE.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local regulations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
