As an MEP Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our projects. As an MEP Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP installations, maintenance, and repairs across various projects in Dubai.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule MEP activities and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize MEP systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure MEP installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in MEP activities.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [Insert Number] years of experience in MEP supervision within the fit-out, property maintenance, or facility management sector.
- Thorough understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
