Job Description

We are looking for MEP supervisor with HVAC background and with UAE/Gulf experience is required. We are a Facilities Management company based in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for candidate with extensive knowledge and working experience in MEP field.

•Fluency in English and confidence in talking with clients is required.•

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with client to arrange inspection

Prepare inspection reports for the purposes of make quotations

Follow-up with clients for approval and discuss pricing

Upon approval, should be able to mobilize teams to carry out the works and supervise them

Get approval from the client for the works done

Should be able to interact with the client/customer

Should be able to answer client/customer inquiry properly

Should be able to response client/customer on time

Should be a team player

Should know how to handle and direct people

Should know how to manage related to inspiration quotation and project completion

Oversees the day-to-day operations

Supervise the team for Installation & troubleshooting of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing systems

Respond to the Emergency call outs at any time

Issuing necessary permits to execute the facility operations

Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports on facilities operations

Manage work schedules and ensure team meets project deadlines

Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team

Requirements/Skills:

Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed

Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems

Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations

Excellent management and supervisory skills

Eligibility:

Preference will be given for those who can join immediately on visit visa or cancelled visa. Must be locally available.

License/Certification/ Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical (Required)

UAE Driving License (Required)

Salary: AED2,200.00 - AED2500.00 per month
