Mep Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•MEP Supervisor Duties:•
• Supervise and coordinate MEP projects and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
• Provide training and guidance to MEP staff as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in MEP supervision and reception or administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
