Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong background in electrical systems to join our team at a healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a specific focus on electrical systems, within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems, with a primary focus on electrical systems.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of MEP systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet all safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards, particularly in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on the status of MEP systems and any necessary improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments and staff to ensure minimal disruption to healthcare services during maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage inventory of MEP-related supplies and equipment.
• Provide training and support to MEP technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP supervision, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems. Experience in a healthcare facility is highly preferred.
• Education : Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications in MEP systems and electrical work.
• Skills : In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, particularly electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication : Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
