Job Description

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a construction project. This role ensures that all MEP work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. The MEP Supervisor coordinates with other supervisors, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP, Ensure all MEP works are performed according to the project plans, specifications, and standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

• Inspect and verify the quality of MEP installations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the project.
• Provide solutions and recommendations to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Address and manage any MEP-related emergencies or breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of all MEP activities and progress.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted as required
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
