• Overseeing and exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store
• Examining and reviewing deliveries for discrepancies and damages and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping
• Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies
• Maintaining and keeping track of receipts and records of the stockroom.
• Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning and packing.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills which enable him to handle several tasks efficiently.
• Prepare quality reports of the received materials.
• Experienced in MEP related purchase material for facility management and store management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
