:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

MEP Site Foreman

to oversee and manage the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installation on various project sites/interior fit-out works. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure all MEP work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP installation work on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to specifications. Lead and manage MEP teams, ensuring proper resource allocation, training, and performance. Monitor daily activities of subcontractors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Conduct regular inspections of MEP work, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track. Ensure all MEP systems are installed according to the project drawings and specifications. Track project progress, report on any issues, and propose solutions to keep projects moving smoothly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of daily activities and work completed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the Interior Fit-out works. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and installation practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
