Job Title: MEP Site Inspector

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Experience: Minimum 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulations.

- Review and monitor MEP work to ensure it meets the project requirements and industry standards.

- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction phase.

- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.

- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed reports on site inspections and project progress.

- Verify that all testing and commissioning activities are performed according to project specifications and standards.

- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on MEP work progress and issues.

- Assist in the preparation of punch lists and ensure all deficiencies are corrected before project handover.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree Electrical, or a related engineering field.

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in MEP site inspection, with significant experience in industrial projects.

- Prior experience working in an engineering consultancy is highly preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.

- Strong understanding of industrial project requirements and specifications.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Preference for immediate joiners or candidates available within 0-30 days.
