Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Site Engineer to oversee and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP systems are installed and maintained efficiently, adhering to project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all MEP-related activities on site, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review and understand MEP drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders resolve MEP-related issues.
• Monitor the progress of MEP works and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all MEP systems meet safety and performance standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, logs, and documentation of MEP activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the on-site team to resolve any challenges.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the procurement of MEP materials, tools, and equipment in coordination with the procurement team.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates on MEP work progress and address concerns as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of UAE experience as an MEP Site Engineer in the construction or contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• UAE valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
