ONUS INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

- Review of the initial design received from the consultant and aid the in-house team in developing the shop drawings, taking into consideration, all the physical aspects of the site.

- Work closely with the tender team to generate the BoQ with strict adherence to the budget and makes

- Devise a foolproof work program and manpower histogram for ensuring stringent conformation to the dates specified/agreed

- Preparation of the technical material submittal for the pertinent parties' approval and assist in the timely and planned procurement of the materials, based on the sequence of the works

- Manage the team of workers adeptly and professionally to extract maximum productivity and liaise with the relevant subcontractos and stakeholders to assure a seamless execution

- Generation of pre snag and snag list, to address them completely without missing out anything so that the project completion certificate can be obtained from the concerend with ease.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- B.Tech graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

- Proficiency in AutoCAD other relevant softwares

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Adept in manpower management and a drive to learn

- Able to deliver under pressure and follow flexible work timings
