Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Sales Executive with a strong background in technical sales and knowledge of MEP systems for Fit Out projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and hold a valid UAE driving license. This role combines both technical expertise and sales skills to drive business development and secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients, consultants, and internal teams to identify MEP requirements for Fit Out projects and provide tailored solutions.

Promote and sell MEP services and solutions, leveraging technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of the offered services.

Prepare and present technical proposals, drawings, and specifications to clients, ensuring alignment with their project requirements.

Collaborate with the technical and design teams to ensure accurate and effective MEP system designs.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, site visits, and project updates.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in MEP design and installation.

Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits as required.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Provide after-sales support and address any technical concerns or queries from clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in MEP sales, preferably within the Fit Out sector.

Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and solutions, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to understand and analyze client needs, providing cost-effective and technical solutions.

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
