Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated MEP Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role involves driving sales of MEP systems and services, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for MEP systems and services across various sectors in Dubai and the UAE market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to understand project requirements and offer tailored MEP solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to prepare technical proposals, including system design, cost estimation, and project schedules.
• Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our MEP solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies and client expectations.
• Coordinate with project teams during implementation to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in MEP technologies to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales or business development within the MEP industry, specifically in Dubai or the UAE market.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MEP design software and tools.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai and the UAE as required.
