Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for MEP services across various sectors in Dubai and UAE market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and developers to understand project requirements and offer tailored MEP solutions.
• Set up meetings, pursue new sales leads, making cold calls, social media handling and networking to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to prepare technical proposals, including system design, cost estimation, and project schedules.
• Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our MEP solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies and client expectations.
• Coordinate with project teams during implementation to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in MEP technologies to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Should have valid UAE driving license.
• Proven track record in sales or business development within the MEP industry, specifically in Dubai or the UAE market.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
