Mep Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Preferred)
