Mep Quantity Surveyor (female Only)
Job Description
We are looking for a Female MEP Quantity Surveyor, Estimation Engineer, to join our team with or without experience in Dubai, UAE. In this position, you will estimate the costs of construction projects, MEP. Preferred with Own Visa.
• Review architectural, Structural plans and prepare BOQ
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
• Prepare contracts and documents
• Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs
• Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
• Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
• Identify potential financial or construction risks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
