Job Description
MEP Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for MEP works across luxury villa projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and value engineering.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor bids and agreements.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure they align with budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related financial data, including interim and final accounts.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on luxury villa projects in the UAE .
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and market rates in the UAE.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of UAE construction laws and regulations.
