Job Title: MEP QS / Estimation Engineer,Location: [Dubai, UAE]Job Type: [Full-Time]Dear Connections,We are looking for a skilled MEP QS / Estimation Engineer, with Engineering background to join our MEP Estimation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MEP systems designs and will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities for materials and resources for the cost estimation of MEP projects of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings. The role requires proficiency in CAD software and a solid understanding of MEP QS & Estimation operations.- Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.- Min. 3-5 years experience working with reputed MEP Contractors in the UAE on large building projects or Mixed use developments.- Based in the UAE + Available to join within one month (Immediate joiners are preferred but not mandatory).-Responsible for reviewing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumping Drawings-Responsible for reviewing Scope of works, relevant standards, other tender documents etc.-Preparing Bill of Quantities for materials and resources for the cost estimation of MEP projects of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experienceEligibility/Qualifications: Bachelor degree/Diploma in drafting /Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 3-5 years demonstrable experience as a MEP QS / EstimationProficiency with design software (AUTOCAD) Excellent understanding of construction industry infrastructure MEP design.
